The Mission :
Research for an Investor on behalf of the developer VIRGIL. It was necessary to identify an investment partner who was in the position to buy during the development process of this 14 000m² commercial premises. The premises are to be delivered in two sections and are scheduled to open in 2014.
The Solution :
Draco Partners solicited and targeted a limited number of institutional french and foreign investors, who seemed compatible with the characteristics of the project, according to the investment criteria. Draco Partners also worked out a formula for the development of the assets, with the aim to build a genuine partnership between the developer and the final investor.
The Result :
The choice of VIRGIL was finally settled from the propostion of an aquisition formulated by AMUNDI Immobilier on behalf of SCPI EDISSIMMO.
