Having let to H&M most of the refurbished retail premises to be delivered summer 2015 in the heart of Poitiers historical area, Draco Partners launched on the behalf of Virgil developer the off plan sale of 3571 sq m Core retail asset . Amundi Immobilier achieved this new retail asset investment in the provinces for a total investment of cerca 10 millions€.
Shopping Mall C.Chenôve – DIJON
Investment transaction concerning 23 of the 47 stores which make up the shopping mall of the Carrefour shopping mall opened in 1989 and located close to the outskirts of the city. Composing of a surface area GLA of 25873m² and equipped with 2000 parking spaces. The acquisition of these premises for approximately 23 million euros was achieved by Suravenir (life insurance company) from Altarea Cogedim Group.

Selling Instruction on behalf of a specialised developer in order to search an institutional investor to acquire this 14.000 sq m block inaugurated in 2014. VIRGIL has choosen Amundi Immobilier and its SCPI investment vehicle Edissimmo and Gemmeo.
