The Mission :
As part of a tenant search done co-exclusively on behalf of Cogifrance, to commercialise a boutique consisting of an 8,000m² surface area, consisting of a notable 2,500m² of Ground Floor, with a commercial shop front of 23metres, in addition to storage and delivery areas, and a distinct parking access. The commercial premises is situated in the proximity of the Place de la Bastille and the Gare de Lyon.
The Solution :
At the beginning of 2009 Draco Partners consulted a variety of brands performing various activities (cars, beauty, games, supermarkets, services…) and assisted the lessor Cogifrance in the analysis of different projects and scenarios proposed by the brands.
The Result :
The brand Carrefour, influenced by Draco Partners, decided to install their Carrefour Market concept here, and proceeded with the take over of the lease of this 8,000m² premises by a lease of 12 firm years, for a projected public opening during the first trimester in 2011.
