The Mission :
As part of a search for a new tenant, carried out exclusively by us on behalf of GLL Real Estate Partners, suggest and carry out a marketing plan which results in the best usage and rental values possible being achieved for these premises situated next to the Place de l’Opéra and the famous Parisian Department Stores.
The Solution :
Draco Partners suggested to the lessor that the whole of the basement level of this old bank should be refurbished, in order to maximise space and to make it more attractive. Draco Partners also launched the marketing of the premises 12 months before delivery, in order to take into consideration some of the technical criterias of the candidate elected by the landlord.
The Result :
Nespresso, a subsidiary of the Nestlé Group, took up the lease for the 846 m² premises with its impressive corner façade and is to be opened to the public at the end of 2008.
