The Mission :
As part of a co-exclusive search on behalf of Generali Real Estate, it was necessary to suggest and implement a marketing strategy to optimise the operational and rental income derived from a commercial space of 250 m² across 3 levels, situated close to Place de l’Opera.
The Solution :
Draco Partners solicited a large number of brands, in various activities, giving priority to those who could optimise the use of the whole area (3 levels are available to the public). Draco Partners accompanied the landlord with the analysis of projects and scenarios proposed by the brands.
The Result :
It was ultimately the SFR brand, who were already present down the avenue but in a smaller boutique, who had proposed the more consistent, rewarding and reassuring project, for this luxury building, to the landlord.
